Introduction
This lady has a small crusted lesion over the cheek with some indurations which appear to extend over the lower mandible. She was diagnosed as having squamous cell carcinoma.

Method of Treatment
She opted for CURADERM treatment and was directed to apply the cream twice daily over the lesion.

Description of Treatment
A few days on treatment and the dead tissue sloughed off leaving a clear wound but there were still some indurations around the lesion. The edges of the lesion were however now flat and there is definitely some granulation tissue visible.

Results
The patient continued to apply CURADERM and eventually the lesion regressed and the indurations disappeared. Normal skin returned and it was only then that the treatment was discontinued.

Conclusion
The patient experienced a satisfactory outcome from CURADERM alone as the lesion never recurred.
